A Mankato man is facing three Felony Assault charges after local Authorities responded to a report of a domestic assault at a home on Thursday. According to the report, 22-year old Ruben Gavino Leal engaged in a fight with a sibling and pulled a knife on the victim during the incident. Mankato Police say that Leal had allegedly taken the victims Xbox to pawn in order to wash his clothes, which later spawned a physical altercation.
