It’s going to be another busy travel day as Minnesotan’s head home from the long holiday weekend. Triple-A Minnesota’s Mark Peterson says to be sure you’re well rested before heading out:
“A lot of times people will go off to the cabin to visit friends. They won’t get a lot of rest, they’ll get tired. And many times that trip home can be a treacherous one because people are just so fatigued.”
Peterson says also reminds motorists to buckle up, slow down and put away any distractions.
