(Oakdale, MN) — An Oakdale tobacco shop owner is found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman who applied to work at his business will be sentenced next month. Hatem Younis was recently convicted of assaulting a 33-year-old woman in November of 2017 at his business, Smokedale Tobacco in Oakdale. The 50-year-old defendant from Afton is accused in a separate case of a similar charge. Younis will be sentenced on December 8.
