(Burnsville, MN) — Two people are dead following a crash between a car and a semi Tuesday morning. Police say the two collided on Highway 13 in Burnsville. The driver and the passenger of the car died in the wreck. The driver of the semi was not injured. State Patrol says alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
