Governor Tim Walz will soon discuss plans to get more Minnesota middle and high schoolers back in the classroom. The details will come in a broadcasted speech set for 12 p.m. today. The governor previously said he wants all students in class at least some of the time by spring, but he has since added that he will not set a specific date for school buildings to reopen. A good percentage of students are learning in person at least part-time right now.
