Mankato representative Tim Walz appears to have taken to Twitter to engage in the same sort of war of words that is common for President Donald Trump.

Walz posted a series on Monday Tweets, one targeting the national debt and forecast borrowing by the government.

Another addressed the stock market slide.

And another Twitter post by Walz was in response to a comment Trump made in a speech in Ohio Monday afternoon, when he said that Democrats that didn’t clap during his State of the Union address were “un-American” and “treasonous.”

Another Tweet pinned on the Walz Twitter account concerned research into PTSD treatment research for veterans. It asked, asked when the president would, “Listen to the 92% of vets & caregivers who support research into medical cannabis?”
