A 48-year-old homeless woman was arrested last week after Mankato Police say she passed out during a drugged up bike ride in the city with an open container of alcohol.

Dispatch received a 9-1-1 call after Kellie Mountain was found unconscious in the parking lot of Tow Distributing and the caller believed she had been hit by a car. The witness said prior to passing out Mountain had been riding her bicycle in the traffic lane and drivers had to dodge the bike to avoid hitting her.

She had a pulse and was breathing when Officer Nicole Neudecker arrived, but it took three sternum rubs to bring her around. Neudecker found a meth pipe in the waistband of Mountain’s shorts, a half-full bottle of alcohol lying near her. She was taken to detox.
