(Scott County, MN) — A woman is in custody in Wisconsin after authorities say she kidnapped her baby during a supervised visit in Scott County. Noncustodial parent Zenitra Forester and her nine-month-old son Jahki Forester were found early yesterday morning just east of Red Wing in Hager City, Wisconsin.
