A Surprising Number of Us Haven’t Seen a Dentist in Years

If you’ve skipped a few dentist visits during covid, you’re not alone.

But this goes back a lot further than that:  A new poll found close to one in four Americans haven’t seen a dentist in over FIVE YEARS.  And for some of those people, it’s closer to ten.

22% of us haven’t been to a dentist in at least five years, including 7% who said more than ten . . . and 2% who’ve NEVER gone.

You’re supposed to go twice a year, but it sounds like most people don’t.  Only a third of us have seen a dentist in the past six months.
