The Highway 30 construction project between Highway 22 and New Richland has ended early. MnDOT says the project was scheduled to be completed in early October but the roadway will be open to traffic after five p.m. today. The project is included resurfacing 21 miles of roadway, replacing two box culverts, lining several culverts, adding lighting, upgrading guardrail, and adding aggregate to shoulders.
