A community notification meeting will be held at 3 p.m., Monday, March 1 online via Zoom. For those unable to access Zoom, a link to the meeting will be available at mankatomn.gov. The meeting, hosted by the Mankato Department of Public Safety and the Minnesota Department of Corrections, is to inform the public that Dwayne Qutez Irving, a level three predatory offender, has relocated and will reside in the City of Mankato.
