Ariana Grande sure seems to have been busy over quarantine! Grande has returned to the spotlight with a new music video, song, and album all being released within a week of each other. Well, at least that would be a lot for most artists. The pop sensation is releasing her third studio album in three years, a timeline rarely seen in the music industry. The new project, titled Positions, is set to be released on October 30th. The album’s tracklist includes 14 new songs with features from Ty Dolla $ign, The Weeknd, and Doja Cat.

In Ariana’s new video for Positions, the singer is shown in the White House and taking charge. The “thank u, next” singer leads meetings, signs documents, and walks with a powerful stride to display her power. Grande then sings of how she would be willing to switch positions for the person she is interested in and shows visuals of her in the White House’s kitchen. Later on in the video, Grande also shows her support for the US Postal Service by showing herself presenting USPS workers with Presidential Medals of Freedom. In typical Ariana fashion, the video is also full of cameos of people in her circle. Close friend Victoria Monet, frequent musical collaborator Tayla Parx, her mother Joan, as well as the pop singer’s many dogs all make appearances in the video. If this new song is a tell for how good the album is going to be, music fans are sure are in for a treat!
