(Woodbury, MN) — A 17-year-old Woodbury boy has been charged in connection to a violent crash that killed one and injured three others. Kyle Hollister was reportedly driving on Settlers Ridge Parkway in March when he hit a speed bump at an extreme rate of speed, causing the vehicle to crash and split in half. All four victims were teenage passengers. Hollister is now facing charges of criminal vehicular homicide and operation.
